Delivery and Returns

Where goods ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched either that day or the next day. If items are out of stock or delayed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with an expected delivery date.

We will exchange or issue a refund (Less P&P) if goods are returned in their original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days. Please ensure you have proof of postage and that the goods are labelled clearly. Pointings Saddlery will not be held responsible for any returned goods not received or damaged in transit.

You can return your purchase to us within 28 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered.
If an item is faulty please contact us, ensure that the item is clean and can be inspected by us. Due to Health and safety Regulations and the hygienic problems involved with any clothing, footwear and Horse clothing we regret we are unable to handle and look at any items unless they are CLEAN and DRY. (Health and Safety at work act 1974), if necessary we will forward it to the Manufacturers for testing, before replacement goods or a refund can be issued. (Please allow up to 28 days).
 Orders of non-stock items, special orders or made to measure purchases will be non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We must be informed of any damage or dissatisfaction with any order within 48 hours of receipt.
